sitislot shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages; (b) any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses; (c) losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures; or (d) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sitislot makes no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
